Basic Functions/Job Responsibility:
  • Review compliances under applicable laws for India and update them
  • Conduct compliance reviews and create management reports
  • Manage compliance audits
  • Carry out legal research and handle queries on compliances from stakeholders
  • Train users on and create awareness about Organization?s regulatory compliance framework within the organization
  • Collaborate with management, business and other departments on compliance issues
  • Ensure that compliance issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated and resolved
  • Conduct work and assigned duties with integrity and responsibility
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Ability to handle large projects single-handedly
  • Mapping,tracking and reporting compliance status of Organization
  • CSR Compliance
  • initial public offering (IPO)
  • Drafting of Minutes, Agreements, etc.,
  • Contract Management
  • Liasion with requisite departments
  • Corporate law understanding
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Qualification: LLB + CS
