Mechanical Design Engineer

Basic Functions/Job Responsibility

1. Design & Development of New Product.
2. Good Knowledge of Sheet Metal & Fabrication/ Machining Parts & GD & T.
3. Assess possibility of changes in design, material & process for cost reduction and performance improvement along with ensuring the quality and timeliness.
4. Developing Prototype Sample.
5. Developing 3D models, 2D drawing & Assembly analysis in software AutoCAD & Solid Works.
6. Follow up with Vendors for the development of New Product. (40-50% of Job role).
7. Involving in-house & field trails for sample approval testing.
8. Perform Design Analysis, validation and Evaluating engineering designs.
9. Support/co-ordinate with manufacturing/production teams during new product introduction or during necessary product changes.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Required Skills:-  Solidworks & Autocad
Qualification :- Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
