Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Presales Exports Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, mapping potential clients, preparing solution documents, and managing marketing activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Mapping and Relationship Building:
  • Identify and map potential System Integrators and Consultants in target export markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  1. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by providing detailed technical information about Vehant Technologies’ products and solutions.

Address client inquiries and provide technical support throughout the sales process.

  1. Tender and Solution Documentation:
  • Formulate and prepare tender documents in response to client requirements.
  • Develop and present solution documents that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Update and maintain brochures and other marketing materials to ensure they reflect current product offerings.
  1. Marketing Activities:
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Vehant Technologies’ products and solutions in export markets.
  • Prepare for and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  1. Inquiry and Tender Management:
  • Handle inquiries from potential clients and provide timely responses.
  • Manage and monitor tender portals, ensuring that all relevant opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of tender documents.
  1. Presentation Preparation:
  • Create PowerPoint presentations as per client and project requirements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Present solutions and technical information to clients and stakeholders effectively.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in presales, preferably in the technology or security industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mapping and building relationships with System Integrator and Consultants.
  • Proficiency in preparing tender documents and solution proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
