JOB PROFILE
As a Product Marketing Manager at Vehant Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the Indian market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that effectively position our products, generate demand, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our product(s) in the Indian and International market(s)
• Define and document product hierarchy, messaging, core market differentiation and create messaging for solutions and feature sets within our product, both for overarching brand and for the different stages of the customer journey
• Understand our target audience, competitors as well as general innovation relevant to our industry and its different verticals. Develop and iterate our ICPs.
• GTM Strategy & Product Launches – own and manage the GTM strategy for relevant product portfolio, including new product launches and major product releases, working closely with sales, product, customer success and adoption teams.
• Demand Generation – support and work with our extended marketing team on lead generation activities, with messaging, collateral and ensure sales has appropriate follow up materials and enablement tools to execute on leads.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies..
• Create compelling marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, product presentations, website content, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
• Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to track progress, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and personas to tailor messaging and content accordingly.
• Partner with sales teams to provide product training, support lead generation efforts, and drive sales enablement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive developments, and best practices in product marketing
Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 4-5 years of marketing experience with 3+ doing tech marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment, preferably in the Security, Surveillance industry domain
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively articulate complex concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team across organization.
