Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, flexible, and approachable Receptionist to manage front desk, greet visitors, answer calls, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to pitch in with office-related duties when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
  • Promptly route incoming calls to the concerned department or individual for efficient resolution (EPABX system)
  • Manage appointments and maintain office records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist with office tasks, including but not limiting to administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi – both are required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to help out in various office tasks when needed.
  • Should know how to operate EPABX systems
