JOB PROFILE

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Individual to spearhead the promotion of our company’s products & services to prospective customers. We’re on the lookout for an individual who exudes creativity, possesses outstanding communication skills, excels in problem-solving, thrives in building interpersonal relationships and have handled team in past. This role offers the opportunity to work from our Noida Head Office, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and share marketing plans that help the business reach its goals
• Performing market analysis and research.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog etc that attracts and converts our target customers
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Manage various channels such as, social media networks, Google Ads,
• Promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail & web)
• Create attractive social media posts with taglines.
• Plan & Execute events & exhibitions, trade shows , online & offline marketing events, webinars
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep up with market changes
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns
• Experience in ATL & BTL marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation software
• Certification in relevant areas like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
