Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s products/services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client’s needs and assess if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through consistent outreach efforts.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve objections professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
Qualification
  • Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, or lead generation is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls to new contacts and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
