initiatives, we are looking for energetic and self-driven telecaller to join our team.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new prospects, strengthen client relationships, and drive participation in our events and marketing campaigns.

Job Summary

The Telecaller – Lead Generation, Prospecting & Event Outreach will be responsible for
conducting outbound calls to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads, and supporting event marketing initiatives such as webinars and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through structured prospecting and follow-up activities.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Execute calling campaigns for webinars, product launches, and marketing events.
  • Follow up with invitees and attendees to drive engagement and capture new leads.
  • Maintain updated call records, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for daily calls, lead conversions, and event
    participation.
  • Handle client queries and objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and
    reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or event outreach.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Energetic, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
