Pre-Sales Executive HES

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive for our HES Division. The candidate will be responsible for handling tendering activities, preparing techno-commercial documentation, and supporting business development initiatives. The role involves coordination with internal teams and occasional site visits for surveys and technical assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and related documentation
• Study of RFP/RFQ documents and preparation of technical compliance statements
• Coordination with OEMs/vendors for technical specifications and pricing
• Preparation of BOQs, technical proposals, and supporting documents
• Conduct site surveys and gather technical inputs as required
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of tender submissions
• Support sales team with pre-bid queries and clarifications
• Preference may be given to candidates with exposure to radiation systems, industrial automation, security systems, or high-voltage equipment

Required Skills & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in tendering and documentation
• Good understanding of technical documentation and proposal preparation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of industrial/technical systems
• Good English communication skills (minimum 6/10 proficiency level)
• Willingness to travel for site surveys and related tasks

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
