Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow export sales across assigned regions (SAARC, MENA, Africa, APAC, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue international tenders, RFQs, and project-based opportunities.
  • Work closely with system integrators and partners to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand and position VMS, Video Analytics, FRS, and other physical security solutions effectively to partners and consultants.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and technical teams for solution design, BOQs, and compliance.
  • Support POCs, demos, technical-commercial discussions, and customer presentations.
  • Handle commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and deal closures in coordination with management.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation, certifications, and country-specific requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and export sales reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Hands-on experience in export sales / international business development.
  • Experience working with partners, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise/government customers.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, international pricing, and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and multicultural environments.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology.
  • MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
