Pre-Sales Manager – SSC

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer, consultant, SI and tender/RFP requirements.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions for:
  • AI-based Video Analytics
  • Video Management System (VMS)
  • Facial Recognition System (FRS)
  • Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS)
  • Traffic Enforcement solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, BOM/BOQ and compliance statements.
• Review RFPs, tenders and technical specifications and identify gaps or deviations.
• Prepare technical presentations, solution documents and product demonstrations.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers, consultants, system integrators and partners.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC), demonstrations and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, Project and Sales teams for solution finalization.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings and bid submissions.
• Assist in sizing servers, storage, networking, cameras and other infrastructure based on project requirements.
• Support integration requirements with third-party systems, command-and-control platforms and existing customer infrastructure.

Desired Technical Knowledge

The candidate should have good understanding of:

• AI Video Analytics such as ANPR, vehicle classification, intrusion detection, crowd analytics, object detection and other intelligent video use cases.
• VMS architecture, camera integration, recording, storage and video streaming.
• Facial Recognition System architecture and deployment.
• ITMS solutions including ANPR, RLVD, SVD, speed detection and traffic monitoring.
• Enforcement systems using Radar, LIDAR or other speed-detection technologies.
• IP Cameras, ONVIF, RTSP and basic video surveillance architecture.
• Servers, GPU-based systems, storage sizing and networking.
• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Integration through APIs/SDKs and third-party systems.
• Command & Control Centre / ICCC / Smart City architecture will be an added advantage.

Tender & Documentation Skills

• Technical compliance preparation
• RFP/RFQ analysis
• Technical deviation and clarification preparation
• BOQ/BOM preparation
• Solution architecture and schematic diagrams
• Product datasheet and specification mapping
• Tender documentation and technical bid preparation

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
• Good coordination with Sales, Product, R&D and Project teams.
• Experience in Government, Smart City, Highway, Traffic Management or Surveillance projects will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple opportunities and tenders simultaneously.
